Discussion
65yr old Mrs. Thankamma John presented to vascular OPD with varicose veins in the right leg. She was seen by our vascular surgeon and advised Laser Therapy due to large size of the vein. She was taken up for Endovenous Laser Ablation on 26th July 2023 under local anesthesia with real time USG guidance under strict aseptic precautions. The postoperative period was uneventful. She was kept in observation for few hrs and discharged to home in a stable condition and advised to review as outpatient.
